About Hail The Kale
Marnie’s love for simple food was the instigator behind hail the kale. It was created in 2018 to bring delicious and nutritious recipes and healthy eats to Perth. First established as a food brand on Instagram, our healthy recipe pics and youtube recipes soon started to grow a following.
Hail the Kale recognised that while healthy eating is a priority for many, sometimes life gets in the way of healthy lunch meal prep. With this in mind, we now stock our delicious nourish bowls in stores around Perth and more recently we have launched a service for healthy meals home delivered. These prepped meals have been a big hit and we are delighted we can help people in Perth feel amazing, one bowl at a time.
After all, healthy eating should be simple, quick + enjoyable and our super bowls are a product of that concept.
