Flex Catering integrates with the popular rostering software Deputy.
The integration passes the Event and its respective Staff to Deputy as Schedule and Shifts, respectively.
The first step is to connect your Flex Catering account to your Deputy account. You can do that by going to System > Integrations > Staff tab. On this screen click Connect to Deputy.
Once you are connected to Deputy you will be be able to select:
Staff in Flex Catering is a product type. When you select product Type Staff and create an event and order with Staff, it will allow to import the event into Deputy.
You can manually import the event into deputy by going to the event list, select the events you want to import and click on the button ‘Import to Deputy’. This will open a mapping screen that will allow you to select with Area each staff in the event is allocated in Deputy. In addition, it allows you to select if it is Open or Empty Shift and whether approval is required.
