Marketing Assistant

Location: Remote, but based in the US.
Type: Full-time or Part-time

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for a junior to mid-level marketer who’s eager to get hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to support campaigns, communications, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & PPC: Assist in managing and optimizing our SEO strategy and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Email Marketing: Prepare and send newsletters.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content; monitor engagement and assist with growth strategies.
• Marketing Collateral & Content: Help create presentations, sales brochures, blog posts, and other materials.
• Tradeshow & Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, and promotional materials.
• Client Testimonials: Organise and coordinate customer testimonial and testimonials videos —including scheduling, briefing, and collecting content for marketing use.
• Surveys & Feedback: Set up and run customer surveys to collect insights and improve our offering.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or digital communications role.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, ChatGPT, Canva and social media platforms.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs) and PPC platforms is a plus, but not required.

Bonus (but not required):

• Some design or basic video editing skills.
• Previous experience in SaaS or B2B industries.
